Femi is a business Strategist and entrepreneur with more than 17 years experience in all aspects of business formation, operation, finance, and management. He is the Founding CEO of StreetCred, Pistis Finserve and a Co-Founder of Cefea Supermarket and Stores. Over the course of his career, Femi has worked as a banker, a project manager, an IT professional and a Management Advisor at a strategy consulting firm which he co-founded. He began his career at Diamond Bank Plc where he worked for six years and became a Customer Service Manager with responsibilities for three business offices. Between 2012 and 2015, Femi was the Head of Technology and Data Management at SURE-P Maternal and Child Health, a $400 million special intervention programme established by the Government of Nigeria to combat the country’s high maternal mortality rate. Oluwafemi holds an undergraduate degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he was selected as the top student in his major by university faculty and was awarded the Sadiq Ayeni Prize for Best Graduating Student. Femi is also an alumnus of Harvard School of Public Health’s flagship Leadership Strategies for Information Technology in Health Care. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Strategy and Innovation (with Distinction) from the University of Southampton, UK where he studied as a British Chevening Scholar and won prizes for best performing student and best Master’s dissertation. He also holds another Master’s degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy. Outside his professional engagements, Femi is a public speaker, corporate activator, author and Bible teacher. He has spoken on several platforms including TEDx, written and published If I Rule the World: Winning in an Age of Change and Complexity (available on Amazon and Lulu) and founded The Readers100 Project (a reading and literacy charity). He is also the Founder of the International Centre for Enterprise, Strategy and Innovation, an international policy think tank.
